The Legends head over to Darwin, Blackburn to take on the current Section E Champions Blackburn Eagles Blacks in what promises to be a tough competitive game.

We have faced the Eagles twice before, which created great memories for the Legends as we romped to a 6-0 win away before hosting them on the final day of the league season in 2024. It ended 4-2 to the Legends at home, as it confirmed that we were league champions for the very first time.

We've trained extremely well this pre-season and played absolutely quality in the pre-season matches, the lads are chopping at the bit to get started and we cannot wait for Saturday to be here. That is great preparation, although the wins are great and create confidence in the camp it's pre season - it all comes down to Saturday were every minute counts towards points and points mean prizes! Our aim is to be the best version of ourselves every game and as long as the squad are enjoying themselves, that's all that matters.

The Legends will love any support that can make it across to Darwin and we are hoping to bring all 3 points back to BL2.
